“We had a lovely time at Brenda and Bernard's property in Laurenan. The property is located deep in the French country side although very accessible to many famous and interesting tourist spots. The house is typical of the region, and has all the quirks you would expect of an old stone house. It is set amongst surrounding farms but in a charming hamlet with a beautiful church a very good Boulangerie and a cafe ( although this wasn't open when we were there) the surrounding villages provide markets and supermarkets and everything else you need. Brenda had arranged for some staples for when we arrived as well as her gorgeous French neighbours who met us and showed us through the house. Our hosts had also left some really detailed lists and maps of things to do and see which we followed religiously and had a great time in doing so. This location is perfect for someone wanting to desire, to de-stress from city life as well as immerse yourself in the French countryside. It was a great experience! ”

“We absolutely loved staying at Jane and David's Maida Vale apartment. The apartment is located in a great street and the surrounding building are as beautiful as the photo. Jane and David were easy to communicate with and had left us some groceries which was great and really appreciated as we arrived in the wee hours of the morning from Australia. The apartment has the most gorgeous balcony and we ate breakfast every morning enjoying the sunshine as well as a glass of wine in the evening taking advantage of the balmy English twilight. The location itself is fantastic and were able to navigate ourselves to most places on the bus and underground as Maida Vale is very well serviced by all forms of transport and there are loads of lovely places to walk nearby, along the canals which we did early in the morning while getting over the time change. Jane and David had stayed in our home in Sydney a few months previously which was also an easy transaction. We would love to swap with them again and recommend their lovely home for those looking for a London exchange.”
“Noel's unit was excellent, spotlessly clean and well equipped ,beautiful views of the city day and night. He is a very helpful host, making sure everything is ok. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back anytime.”
“It is a very nice house in a real quiet area, well equipped with small garden and terrace. Alejandro and Gemma gave us a lovely hospitality. We were out of season, so we were alone in the area. Also on the beach we had a lot space and did a long walk (5km) to Torredembarra. In Altafulla you’ll find a nice beach with small houses. The sea was still good for swimming and we had mostly a sunny time. I did scuba diving in Torredembarra with a real good equipped team. When you go there you have to visit Montserrat Mountain and monastery in the Nord of Barcelona. It is a very interesting site with lot of information’s. We didn’t go to Barcelona because we were there last year. If you are looking for more shops and restaurants on beach site you have to go to Coma-Ruga or Calafell. Only small point missing is a bakery or small shop nearby. Not so far there are a lot of supermarkets, but don’t open before 9am. We had a very good time. René & Brigitte ”
