Other experiences they enjoyed: Our children participated in tennis and soccer camps in Wimbledon Park approximately 10 minutes walk away and were made to feel very welcome. There are excellent facilities in the doorstep, bakeries and supermarkets in abundance.

3 things they loved about the swap:

• We had a wonderful Easter in Melbourne thanks to Susan’s hospitality. Her home is a beautifully restored and decorated Victorian residence in a perfect location for shopping, dining at a multitude of restaurants and taking the tram into the city.
• Susan left us her lovely Peugeot Cabriole so we were able to visit the Mornington Peninsular, Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and friends in Ringwood with ease. However, Melbourne’s public transport system….. including free sightseeing buses and trams around the inner city….. is fantastic.
• A bottle of champagne greeted us on our arrival at the house. And our home was gleaming when we returned. Thanks so much Susan and Jim.
