About our home

Beautiful moderm three-room appartement. One yard with plants and hammack and a roof terrace ( with BBQ)and.. plants . This appartment is a gem, though small (55 square meters) Situated in a traditional quiet neighborhood. Upstairs: One double- room with wooden floor. One single-bed room with desk and computer ( internet available). One bathroom with bathtub. The first floor is equipped with roof-fans. Downstairs: one room (linving-romm/kitchen) opening on a beautiful yard with hammock and plants. The decoration is a mix of modern and antique furniture. It is a place decorated by a French parisian woman who likes simplicity and quietness.

It is a peaceful place to rest in hectic Buenos Aires. Downtown is within 15 minutes' reach by underground. The neighborhood is nothing fancy but very peaceful with its own little church, a huge supermarket two blocks away and its typical square 5 blocks away. Once here, you feel like you are in a small town with the hustle bustle of the town at your door. Six blocks away there is the first English neighborhood with century old houses and trees.
This is not a fancy neigborhood like Recoleta or Palermo (though it is very close to Palermo= 10 minutes ). One block away, the boulevard leading to the supermarket and the underground is ugly but safe. Once you step into the streets, everything is quiet and it is a family neighborhood.

I am French but I teach English in one of the best High private schools in Buenos Aires. My boyfriend lives half a block away and can help you with anything you need if you have a problem while living in my appartement. I speak English, French and Spanish. I can understand Portuguese too. If we are to exchange places, you have to know i usually do it alone. One or two French friends might join me when I am in Europe. I usually travel the rest of the world alone. I travel the world since I have a lot of vacation periods.
My interest is usually from December 15th to the end of February. Or the three last weeks of July. I am a very clean and educated woman. I love arts (literature and drama above all) cooking, dancing tango and anything ralated to nature (environmentally aware). I can provide any information you need to enjoy your stay in Argentina, even if you don't choose to stay at my place.
