About our home

Third-floor apartment with huge balcony, facing beach, close public transport, 10 minutes by car to city centre.
Our home is on the 3rd floor of a private apartment complex which offers residents a swimming pool, gymnasium and garden courtyard. Our apartment is modern, spacious, and very comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms located at the back of the apartment with main bedroom being very peaceful as it overlooks the garden courtyard.
Our favourite feature is the spacious front balcony which offers magnificent panoramic sea views of Port Philip Bay (there is also a second balcony overlooking the garden courtyard and because it faces the morning sun we often have our breakfast there) The front balcony features a barbecue, dining table, and sun lounge is a focal point in our home and we eat al-fresco many nights.

The apartment complex is in Albert Park, across the main boulevard and is only 100 metres from the golden sandy beach of the bay. The beach has a walking and cycling route along the boulevard which is over 20 km in length with many cafes and eating places. This is one of our most enjoyable activities and we often walk or cycle down for a coffee at one of our many favourite cafes.
Albert Park is a beautiful bayside suburb which is also only minutes away from Albert Park Lake. This is where the Melbourne Grand Prix is held every year but for most of the year it is a public park with walking track around the lake.
We have public tram transport only minutes walk away which takes you directlly into the city, past the State art gallery, Performance arts Centre and the Crown Casino complex.

We know you will love it here as much as we do. We are very close to many lovely experiences as Melbourne is regarded as one of the most liveable cities in the world.

We don’t consider exchange as a mere material easiness or an exchange of keys! To us, it is a mean to meet people and to introduce –and be introduced –to the partner's way of living, neighborhood and places of interest. This is why communication between us before and during the exchange is so important to us; If you wish, we will make our best to give information, maps, addresses on the things you can do and see.
