About our home

Situated in Annandale in Sydney's vibrant Inner West our home offers open plan living, ideally suited to Sydney's wonderful climate. Despite being only five kilometers from the central business district, our home is located in a peaceful setting backing onto a parkland environment and ten minute walk to Sydney’s famous harbour.

Modern, spacious and easy to maintain, the house has a rear garden and deck with views over the adjacent parkland. The deck provides an outdoor dining and barbeque space that can be enjoyed all year round.

As we enjoy cooking we have a large well appointed kitchen with every utensil and appliance imaginable including a dishwasher.

The home includes a rumpus room with 47 inch LED TV and a three seater couch which converts into a queen bed. The home has high speed WiFi.

In addition there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and built in wardrobes the second bedroom is our eldest child’s bedroom and contains a single bed, built-ins, desk and bookshelves. The third bedroom is our youngest child’s bedroom and contains a single bed, desk and bookshelves with storage.

The main bathroom includes a shower/bath and WC. There is also a laundry with washing machine, and separate shower and W.C.

Our car can also be made available for our guests should they wish to use it.
