About our home

Our home has a relaxed feel and is very spacious. It was built in the 1950's and has great character and light. There are quality furnishings, including Jardan couches in both living areas and Mark Tuckey dining table.

We have bay views from both the upstairs living room and the master bedroom. The beach is literally across the road. Pop across the road for a swim and come back and use the outdoor hot water shower before enjoying breakfast in the garden.

A pedestrian and bike trail follows the coastline from Beaumaris to Port Melbourne. Or you might like to get on your road bike and join the other thousands of cyclists who ride along beach road each Saturday and Sunday morning.

If you are into sailing, Beaumaris is very close to Melbourne's premier sailing club, the Sandringham Yacht Club which offers world class sailing programmes.

Beaumaris is surrounded by golf courses if you are interested in golf.

There are a number of nearby piers for fishing. Catch a snapper and come home and cook it on the bbq.

We love the stroll into Black Rock village for delicious croissants and danishes, authentic Italian pasta and wood fire pizza. There is also a boutique brewery overlooking the water.

There are plenty of toys for children, a great sandpit with shade cloth and a large garden ideal for exploring and kicking a ball.
