About our home

A modern (2008) work of art with soaring ceilings, full-length windows and 400sqm of living space. Master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom with double bed, four singles and a sofa bed. Two kitchens and three living areas. Clean lines and modern, minimalist furnishings. Magnificent wrap around balconies with BBQ and lap pool. 5 mins walk from walking trails to Waterfall Gully and over the foothills with stunning views of the city and sea. Abundant bird life and a quiet and well-to-do neighbourhood. 15 mins drive to the city, 25 mins to the beach and 15 mins from the hills region. Very family friendly (we have a 15yo and a 12 yo). Adelaide is an uncongested city, but boasts wonderful festivals and events such as the Tour Down Under, V8 Supercars, the Fringe Festival, and the Caberet Festival. It is renowned for its Barossa Valley wine region (1 hour drive North), and its Fleurieu Peninsula wine region (1 hour drive South). Hahndorf, an original German town, is quaint, with numerous eateries, arts and crafts, and of course a traditional German Alehouse - it is a 20 minute drive away. The ferry to Kangaroo Island is a one hour drive away - beautiful, unspoilt, and with plenty of wild life, it is worth visiting for a few days, and we can provide camping gear.
