About our home

Large, modern two storey family detached house with private garden and outdoor solar heated pool. Large entertaining areas. 4 car garage. 2 queen bedrooms, 3 king single bedrooms, 1 queen sofa bed in family room. Can sleep up to 9 in existing beds (spare mattresses available for 2 more if required). Lounge, dining room, family room, modern kitchen, bar, office, laundry. Large balconies at front and back of house. Safe, leafy suburb of Sydney only 10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to major shopping and entertainment areas and 30 minutes to Sydney city centre. Bus service to city from outside the house.


More about us

  1. We are a family of five with two adult sons and a 13 year old daughter. Richard is a business manager and I work at a local High School.
  2. Looking for a swap for one week in January 2017 sometime between 14th to 25th
  3. We love travelling, going to see music/bands, eating out, movies, walking, beach, cycling
