About our home

Our gorgeous home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has an ensuite and the other two bedrooms have single beds with a trundle. The house has air-conditioning and heating throughout.

It is in a fantastic location with great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is literally down the road. A pedestrian and bike path follows the coastline from Brighton to Port Melbourne. Bikes are provided. There are also local cinemas.

Brighton is 15 kms south east from Melbourne's CBD and has the city's most beautiful bayside beaches and of course the famous Brighton bathing boxes.

Melbourne is a lively and cosmopolitan city with great food, creative arts and beaches and is regularly voted as one of the world's most liveable cities.

Melbourne takes its culinary experiences very seriously. You are spoilt for choice with fantastic restaurants locally and across Victoria. We can give you lots of suggestions.

For those interested in performing arts, the train will take you right to the door of Arts Centre Melbourne, Australia's largest and busiest performing arts centre. Also of note, LES MISÉRABLES, will arrive in Australia in June 2014.

Within 1 hrs drive - Mornington Peninsula provides seriously good regional food and wine, Philip Island is famous for its Penguin parade, Sovereign Hill/Ballarat Goldfields - Kangaroos, koalas and platypus etc in their natural habitat, or visit Yarra Valley vineyards. After 1.5hrs drive - enjoy our world famous beaches along the Great Ocean Rd.

There are a number of great sporting events, in particular the Australian Open in January 2014.

We can also include our 2010 VW passat wagon.
