About our home

Our home is a very large 4 bedroom (plus office), 2 bathroom house - set over 2 separate levels. Our home is recently renovated and we have a massive 875m2 block so plenty of room for large families to spread out and relax.

On the bottom level, we have space for 3 cars, a master bedroom (or guest suite) with queen size bed, walk-in- robe and ensuite, as well as a media room, laundry and office. The lower level has polished concrete floors.

On the top level, we have a large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen with semi-cathedral ceilings and beautiful polished timber floors. This area captures all of the beautiful north- easterly breezes from the river. Our dining area has room for 8-10 people.

Our kitchen has Caesar stone benchtops and quality Meile appliances so is perfect for cooking up a storm. Right near the kitchen is the walk-in-pantry and the fridge is plumbed for water and ice. The kitchen has a servery window, which opens onto the enormous back deck (over 60m2). Down the hallway are an additional 3 bedrooms - 2 of the bedrooms have single beds with trundles and the master bedroom has a queen size bed and flatscreen tv concealed in the built in robe.

The back deck is one of our favourite features of our home. It has 3 separate areas including an 8 seater lounge area, 8 seater dining area and another sitting area near the bbq. Our deck is so private and secluded and we love to sit out here to relax and entertain. Walk down the back stairs and we have a large lagoon style pool with pool umbrella, trampoline and children's playground in our backyard. You can sit and watch the kids play while enjoying a glass of wine on the back deck. Under the back deck we have a large concreted area where kids can ride bikes and scooters. It is a kids paradise!

Our home is airconditioned and we have 3 flatscreen tvs. The 50inch tv in the living area has apple tv for you to watch movies and tv shows to your heart’s content. We also have a robot vacuum cleaner for your convenience.
