About our home

The front of our home was built in 1900, whilst the rear is a modern extension with a second story containing the children's bedrooms and bathroom. The home has an in ground pool and reverse cycle air conditioning. Situated in one of Melbourne's finest residential suburbs and heritage protected streets. Beautifully quiet, but within a short stroll to cosmopolitan Camberwell shopping and dining area and the famous art deco Rivoli cinema complex. 3 minute walk to station which will have you in the Melbourne sport and entertainment precinct and CBD within 15 minutes. Access to beach house at family vineyard estate at Red Hill on Mornington Peninsula may also be possible, subject to availability. The Mornington Peninsula is famous for its wine, beaches, golf courses, sailing and fishing on Port Philip and Western Port Bays

  1. We are a couple in our early 40's with 3 fantastics boys aged 9, 11 and 13
