About our home

Our apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a multi-story city apartment building. The building was completed in 2010 so is modern with all the mod cons. It has a residents garden on level 4, a fully equipped gymnasium. It is within 500 meters of Palace Cinemas which is a state of the art cinema complex of 8 screens, showing all the latest moves and particularly all the worlds movie festivals. The apartment overlooks Lake Burley Griffin across to many of the Capital's National Institutions, all of which are within less than a 3km walk. There are three hotels within 300 meters of the apartment, one of which recently won an award for the Best New Boutique Hotel. There are various coffee shops and restaurants downstairs including a Spa Retreat, 2 hairdressers, a pilates studio. We also have two electric bikes which you are more than welcome to use to tour around the Capital. The main shopping area is within a 1km walk and public transport is 200 metres away.
