About our home

Our architect designed house is 2 years old. Built and furnished to the highest standards with every possible comfort and convenience,including a heated pool. It is still an easy care, resort style house perfectly suited to beachside life and only 20 minutes from the city of Perth. Cottesloe beach is Perth's most famous swimming beach and is 2 minutes walk out our back gate. There are many cafes and bars on the beach strip. The Margaret River wine region is a 3 hour drive and laid back Rottnest Island is a short ferry trip. The world famous destination of Bali, which is treated as a home from home by Perth people, is a cheap and easy 3 hour flight. Flights can be as little as $150 one way. Perth is noted for friendliness, a mild Mediterranean climate, fantastic food and a very casual lifestyle. It is the gateway (by air) to the renown wilderness areas of the Kimberleys and Ningaloo Reef. Master bed with 2 beds and ensuite upstairs, 2 more double bedrooms with a bathroom and 2 toilets downstairs.Lovely outdoor eating area with built in gas BBQ. Fully airconditioned. We will gladly help with any advice and arrangements. This house is really not suitable for children under about 6 years old.
