About our home

This lovely spacious 3B-2B waterfront home is opposite the estuary with it's own little beach. The lounge and the separate family room have great views over the peel inlet. This home has been tastefully decorated and situated in a prestigious location. There's a large backyard with under cover patio with BBQ, and enough space for your car, boat and trailer. A veranda and large grassed area is in the front of the house (and back) with a playground on the estuary fore shore. The local deli is a 10 min stroll.

Dawesville is only one hour from Perth and 10 min from Mandurah, being one Western Australia very popular resort destinations. It offers everything for a great holiday, with wonderful walks, bike rides, tennis, golf on your doorstep. Fabulous water ways, the peel inlet, canals and beaches are just a part of the infrastructure.

Boating, sailing, surfing, paragliding and kite flying are just a normal part of the Aussi life style... and the traditional BBQ offcourse. We are just a 3 min. drive to the famous surf beaches. Activities include fishing, crabbing, kayaking, cycling.
Mandurah's lovely waterfront has lots of restaurants and cafes, art galleries, movie centre and shopping. Dolphins, pelicans and an array of wildlife, incl. kangaroos are seen regularly.

As a touring base: You are only one hour to Perth and 90 min. to the hundreds of fabulous wineries. The spectacular coast line is fabulous with clear, crisp blue waters and skies. The towering trees of the Jarrah forest and the world renowned lime stone caves. Marvel at the rich varied birdlife and enjoy the at least 30 national Parks in all from Perth to the South coast.. There are so many things to do and to see.
