Although quiet and private, this luxurious city pad is in the middle of the action. It is within easy walking distance of:

There are a number of pubs and restaurants literally around the corner with Woolworths only a 6-minute walk away. So it’s your choice whether you stay at home and enjoy the beautiful views from your modern, stylish apartment, or step out your front door to be within easy reach of the best that Melbourne has to offer.
You are within the Free Tram Zone, so you can catch a free tram 50 meters from your front door and ride anywhere in Melbourne’s central city area.
A municipal bike rental station is located two blocks away for the active adventurer who wants to take advantage of Melbourne’s relatively flat cityscape to explore the activity-lined city end of the Yarra river, or maybe go further afield for a pleasant 40-minute, flat peddle down to Port Phillip Bay and on to iconic St Kilda. Anyone can hire these bikes from the bike stand with the use of their credit card.
There is no daily servicing or cleaning of the apartment, however, for those travelers staying longer, the apartment will be cleaned and serviced on a weekly basis. Guests can arrange additional cleaning and servicing for an additional cost.
Your kitchen comes fully equipped with the items that make your stay more comfortable: all the pots and pans and kitchen utensils you might need, plus a few staples like coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, glad wrap, cooking oil – all the things you couldn’t pack to bring with you.

A single, secure undercover parking space and WiFi come with the apartment at no extra cost.
The balcony can be accessed from both the living area and from one of the bedrooms, and guests can enjoy the closing of the day at the outdoor setting with the help of a refreshing beverage.
Smoking is only allowed on this outside balcony area and only with the doors fully shut. Inside the apartment is strictly no smoking.
