About our home

Our home is a three-bedroom weatherboard on 32 picturesque, riverfront acres only 10mins from Dungog and a 3 hour train or car ride to Sydney. The home’s fresh all-white walls provides a bright ambiance that compliments the rustic country furniture. Floor to ceiling windows throughout and glass doors in most rooms open to wide, wrap around relaxation and al fresco verandahs with stunning dam and property views. The hub of the home is the comfortable living room which flows through to an open-plan dining zone and spacious kitchen with ample bench and storage space, stainless steel commercial-grade gas cooktop and electric oven. There are 3 bedrooms plus study. At one end master with king bed built-in robe and en-suite with vanity, shower and toilet and next to this is a kids bedroom with a cot. At the opposite end of the home, another bedroom with a queen bed next door to the study and family bathroom that includes a spa bath. The house is set amidst expansive lawns and gardens that offer excellent play areas and picnic spots. Additional features include reverse-cycle air-condition and slow-combustion heating in lounge, carpeted lounge and sleeping zones, cork-tiled floors in kitchen and dining zones, European appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. There is also horses on the property and a restored Log Cabin guesthouse. The property boasts abundant native flora and fauna, a captivating setting and stunning vistas.
