About our home

We are looking for a direct swap with New York City during July.
Great base for Sydney. Spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern apartment split over 2 levels. One bedroom upstairs with ensuite bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs (with two single beds) also with ensuite bathroom. There are three balconies. The main large one with bbq and views to the harbour. The building has a concierge service, steam room, gym and pool.
Great location in the heart of Elizabeth Bay a few minutes walk to some of the city’s best restaurants, galleries, cafes and parks.
We love our neighbourhood and city and would be delighted to provide any information on questions you may have about visiting Sydney.
