About our home

Our two storey home began its life as a fishing shack, was extended out and up to become two flats, and is now 3/4 renovated to become one relaxing beach home. It is full of character, spacious, airy and has permanent ocean views. Situated opposite the lawn bowls club and tennis courts and 200 m to the ocean, the garden is fully fenced. Upstairs consists of three upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom, a sunroom and covered deck, downstairs another bathroom and an outside shower (for after the beach), a large country style kitchen, dining area which opens out to a pergola, and a loungeroom. Constant sea breezes, temperate climate and sparkling Pacific ocean. 25 k to Bundaberg city.

Small seaside village, opposite the bowls club and tennis courts. Quiet. Bus at the door.
One general store and one beachside kiosk. Corner block, only one neighbour.

I am studying in Denmark and my husband and child will visit from beginning of April to end of June 2011. We are both 50+ and love living where we live.
