Our Home:
Our Victorian Edwardian home boasts period charm and contemporary design. You'll love the large living dining and open plan kitchen lifestyle, there are two large front bedrooms, a king size bed in main bedroom and large bunk beds in the kids room, an upstairs studio study with sofa bed. A modern bathroom with large deep bath. We have a 3 x 10 metre courtyard at the back with tuscan inspired decor and atmosphere. A small front yard garden with herbs and citrus trees. We have heating and air conditioning throughout. This house has a great sense of natural light throughout. Xbox, Wii, iPhone/iPod dock. 42inch panasonic plasma, DVD and CD Library is at your disposal if you want a day rest from sightseeing. Just a 2 Min walk away is the Fitzroy Leisure centre equipped with swimming pools, gym facilities, yoga, pilates, etc. Gym membership included. We can supply you with good quality bikes as we are sorrounded by many beautiful bike paths and scenic bike tours that from our front door can take you to Dight Falls, Studley park boathouse and the Yarra River bike/walking trail.

Brunswick St:
A 3 Min walk away from famous Bohemian Brunswick St and Smith Street shopping precincts with its many groovy cafes and art galleries, Fitzroy is reknowned for its restaurant, pub and art scene. Fitzroy is one of K.D. Langs favourite places to stay and enjoys walking the tree lined streets and looking at some world famous street art. Fitzroy is home to the Johnson St Spanish Festival in October and is the backdrop to a well known australian tv series here called "Offspring".

Surrounded by transport, iconic melbourne trams and buses. Your a 5 min tram ride away from the main Melbourne Theatres and cinemas. 20 Min walk in to Melbourne City past the Carlton gardens are the world heritage Exhibition building, and massive Melbourne Museum. See Australian animals at Melbourne Zoo, Collingwood Childrens Farm and many parks. It is home to the Flower and Garden Show in Carlton Gardens every April. In March you can catch a tram to Beachside St Kilda to see the International Grand Prix, or tram into the city to celebrate the cities Moomba show. March/April/May has the International Melbourne Comedy festival. In October the Spring Carnival horse racing begins and in the first week of November the Melbourne Cup is raced. Australian Football League starts in March and the grand final is in the last week of September, we are a 20 min walk away from the famous MCG Stadium which showcases football games, as well as cricket and concerts. January is the Australian open tennis tournament.
