“We loved this house and staying on beautiful Fraser Island. Chris was very helpful with clear details. We hired a four wheel drive, this is expensive but it enabled us to visit the amazing long beach on the east of the island and the stunning lakes. We were there at the end of June so it was cold on some early mornings and at night but the woodburning stove was very effective. We liked the cool, being English. The resort offered the pool and restaurants and it was good to know it was all there but also to feel a bit separate as we were on the edge of this. We saw whales out to sea on the east, a pair of kookaburras spent time on the veranda. We also saw a very friendly seal but no dingoes! We felt very close to nature here. It suited us very well for a totally relaxing break.”

“Loved it loved it loved it... Perfect for the extended family holiday. beautiful accommodation everything we needed, easy stroll to the resort but very private, great views, spacious and comfortable - would highly recommend Chris and Judy's place.”
“We absolutely loved our stay in Sunset House. It's a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything you could possible want. Chris was perfectly organised, very easygoing and helpful when we were organising the trip to Fraser Island. We would absolutely LOVE to come back one day!”
“Thanks Chris & Judi for letting us stay in your slice of heaven! It was a pleasure waking up in the mornings to the sound of birds, cicadas & the gentle lapping of waves on sandy shores. Your home was comfortable & well appointed, so much so we hardly ventured from the verandahs. Your friendly kookaburras joined us for several meals. On one occassion sitting on the table in front of me, eyeing off my museli, a photographers dream! We took the Beauty Spots tour of the Island and considered ourselves extemely lucky to have Peter Meyers (very talented island photographer) as our tour guide. He was highly entertaining & very imformative. Fraser island is magnificient! Beautiful beaches, incredible fresh water inland lakes, creeks & rainforest and the bird life in prolific. We enjoyed eating in the Resorts Restaurants and utilizing it's facilities (i.e. pools & hot tub) Many thanks once again. Arthur & Christine Jackson”
