About our home

Our majestic modern beach house built 3 years ago right on the edge of the ocean affords direct expansive views of the South Australian coast line. Built with a family in mind, our home will delight all ages. It combines the best of a family holiday within luxury elegant surroundings. Although the beach is right at the front door, a heated lap pool and hot and cold outdoor shower ensures that sand and surf wash away in comfort.
Situated on the South Coast 60 minutes from Adelaide, this home is close to Granite Island, home of the Australian Fairy Penguins and the historic horse drawn tram. A scenic railway line runs alongside our home, with the front balcony a prime viewing position. In Winter you can sit inside behind the sheer glass windows in front of an open fire and spot Southern Right Wales frolicking in the waters or ride along the bike path to the protected beaches where the whales mate and give birth from May to August each year.
All year round surfers ride the waves right out the front and diving boats depart from Granite Island linked to the foreshore by a wooden walkway.
The house can sleep 8 comfortably and cafes and local hotels close by. A local produce market operates on Saturday mornings with gourmet foods a specialty.
