About our home

This is a modern architect designed, 2 storey apartment on the 4th and 5th(top) floors of the building. The top floor is the entry level and includes dining, kitchen and living areas. The kitchen is full sized with inbuilt coffee machine, large ice maker fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher and oven. There is a glass atrium that goes the full height of the property over both floors. Off the living area there is a deck with an electric BBQ and bifold doors that make the deck part of the living area when fully open. Living area includes a large flat screen TV with DVD. Living room is hard wired for broadband internet access.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms; one large master, one double and one single all with built in robes, master has a walk in robe. There is an ensuite for the master and a 2nd bathroom as well with bath and shower. There is also a separate laundry.

There is on site secure parking, the apartment is fully air conditioned and cleaning is provided on departure.


Neighborhood:This apartment is situated in the heart of the capital city of Tasmania, Hobart. It is 20min drive from the airport and perfectly positioned for public transport access within the city. It has beautiful fews of the docks in Hobart which include a working fishermans dock, King's Pier for private watercraft and a dock where all tourist ferries leave from to give you a view of Hobart from the water. The apartment is 3 min walk from the Tourist Information Centre giving you access to all major attractions in Tasmania, 2 mins walk from the Museum, 5 mins walk from the heart of Hobart's shopping and 10 mins beautiful stroll from the Salamanca precinct where there is endless restaurants, cafes and shopping amongst some of the oldest parts of our city. Salamanca is also well known for it's weekly market each Saturday.

There are also cafes and restaurants at the base of our building for those days you would rather enjoy a breakfast you didn't have to prepare yourself. 15 min walk in another direction takes you past the Hobart Aquatic Centre for all your swimming and exercise needs and onto the Hobart Botanic Gardens.
