About our home

Our home is available for simultaneous and nonsimultaneous swaps. It is a spacious open-plan home, designed to maximise light and expansive harbour views. Every room in the house is filled with light and has wonderful views of the harbour. We have recently painted the whole house inside and out, retiled the upstairs terrace and entry, and put down new woollen carpets. There is a large lawn and garden with lovely established trees.
Downstairs there is a formal living/dining area beautifully decorated with antiques, and an upstairs relaxed computer/library/TV area which is used by the family for everyday living.
The open-plan downstairs family room is an extension of the kitchen, and has 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views over the harbour. The kitchen has panoramic views of the harbour. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. Upstairs there is an additional large bathroom with bath, and a 4th bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes.
The family room opens to a large verandah, and is wonderful for barbqs and entertaining. At the lower level there is an extensive stone terrace and large pool which is solar heated.
Enloy kayaking, fishing from the private jetty and beach. Hunters Hill has many historical homes, beautiful gardens, and is a very quiet residential suburb, yet only a short ferry or bus ride into the city. Watch the local yacht races from the verandah, and relax beside the pool. There are many local parks, and the area is beautiful for walking. We have many excellent restaurants nearby.
