About our home

Our 1910 three bedroom cottage was architecturally renovated 5 years ago. It is the perfect blend of old fashioned charm with modern conveniences. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 1st room a queen, 2nd 1-2 single beds, 3rd 1 single (or we can arrange a queen, en suite, bathroom, powder room, open plan living, well appointed kitchen and private, fully fenced backyard. Fully heated and air conditioned, wi-fi, quiet street in one of the oldest areas of Launceston.

At one end of the street is a heritage park, with bike track, flying fox, dog run and tube slide. At the other end is the local grocer and 'The Swamp' cafe, providing you with the necessary caffeine and big breakfast fix.

AFL fans will find Aurora Stadium Four blocks away, culture buffs can foot the extra 200 meters to the Inveresk museum and tramyards.

Jump on our bikes and ride the level 2km to the city centre, shop at the harvest market, or grab our car and head down the wine trail.

We have a cleaner, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday and if Mums and Dads want a little quality time? We have an early learning certified child minder too.

We love our house, our city and our state and we know you will too.
