The house has a romantic yet beachy feel, with large uncluttered rooms furnished in a blend of whites, blues and sea greens, with crisp white walls, timber floors and pressed metal ceilings. There are two large bedrooms, each containing a queen bed complete with fresh white linen and fluffy white towels. The lounge room contains a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player, with a CD player and second TV in the sitting room.

Enjoy a laid back beach lifestyle on the front veranda overlooking the surf beach, or cooking on the gas barbecue by the fountain in the lush rear courtyard. Alternatively, there is a side verandah for eating and relaxing. For getting cosy in the cooler months, there are fireplaces in both the dining and lounge rooms.

This beautiful heritage house is situated in Kiama township, five minutes' walk to Kiama lighthouse, Harbour, Surf Beach, cafes and shops, and an easy walk to Kiama railway station. Kiama Fair shopping centre, with Woolworths, videostore and specialty shops, is five minutes by car. Further afield are coastal walking trails, with the townships of Gerringong, Berry and Jamberoo located within 20 minutes' drive.
