About our home

Our comfortable fourteen-year old home is located in a quite cul de sac close to beaches, major shopping centres and the freeway. It would provide a perfect base for anyone wanting to explore Perth, enjoy the beaches and tour Western Australia's beautiful South West region. Large backyard, patio, and double lockup garage. Broadband, telephone, evaporative air conditioning, ceiling fans. Friendly but not nosey neighbours.

Features

  1. We are a retired couple with ten grandchildren.
  2. Alan is the founder and immediate past president of a men's health promotion charity and currently acting as an advisor for a developer who is setting up residential development around a men's shed and community garden.
