About our home

Hear the sound of waves lapping against the shore and the sounds of nature.
Situated right on Little Manly Beach an easy walk to Manly Ferry, iconic surfing beaches & local bush walks. Yet 18mins to Sydney CBD.
Manly is paradise to those who love the ocean, the beach and a casual though sophisticated lifestyle. Show casing multimillion dollar homes the Eastern Hill of Manly has Sydney Harbour on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other and at its tip The North Head National Park.

We are located right on the beachfront. Minutes from Manly yet on a secluded beach known to locals and travellers who seek to get away from the crowds and walk the untrodden paths.

A perfect place for those who love a life aquatic.

Snorkelling and swimming at the door and also a popular diving location. From here you can easily walk to the following other beaches just make your choice:
Collins Flat Beach (at the end of the street)
Store Beach
Quarantine Beach
Shelley Beach
Half Way Beach
Fairy Bower Surf Break
Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Sanctuary

The Famous Manly Surf Beach a 5 minute waterside walk to central Manly and the Ferry, Little Manly is a gem. Within 5 minutes in any direction there are surf beaches, harbour beaches, a marine sanctuary, a National Park as well as several historic, heritage and park land walks. A local secret, this beach is not as widely frequented by tourists so it's not as noisy or crowded. Stuart's Cafe directly in front is a regular haunt for locals, as is the Skiff Club which welcomes visitors.

Things to do in the local area: Shark dive, whale watching (in season) parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing. Yoga -many styles just ask me. Bike tours & bike hire, guided and non guided walks.

Getting Around

Free Local Shuttle Bus - Hop Skip Jump at Door. This takes you to Manly and Balgowlah shops. The Manly Ferry (a Tourist must) this leaves every half hour there is also a Fast Ferry that leaves more regularly in peak hour every 10 mins both go to Circular Quay in the CBD. There are regular buses leaving from around the Manly Ferry locale to the City, Mosman, Palm Beach etc.
There is parking on the street but I do have off street parking by arrangement.

Other Things to Note

One of only three apartments, No 1 occupies the entire ground floor and encompasses a large deck and garden area which are exclusively for this apartment.
I have very wonderful neighbours upstairs and there is a lovely family in the apartment at the rear. We have a very relaxed friendly atmosphere, respect each others privacy and are considerate.
