About our home

Indulge in an artist resort style vacation in a home on an private acre with a 12.5m heated pool and spa that seats 10 or the private indoor spa.
This home can comfortably fit 2 families with 3 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms (each with a 2nd pull out bed) and a sofa double in the family room.
For the movie buff enjoy the surround sound home theatre with projector, DVD player and cable TV.
The large balcony with BBQ and gas heater makes the perfect entertainment area.

Enjoy your vacation in a magical and quaint Australian valley with kangaroos in the backyard and kookaburras in the gum trees. Delight in the Brushtail possum that runs around the balcony and the range of Australian birds. Feed the Rosellas, Galahs and Wonga pigeons.
Nestled at the foot of the Watagan Forest you are only 5 minutes drive to walking trails and waterfalls.
For the water lovers who want to enjoy waterskiing, sailing and jet skiing Australia’s largest saltwater lake is only ten minutes away.
Close to Australia’s premium wine country, the Hunter Valley – you can enjoy international quality restaurants, wine tasting and cafes.
Experience the range of extensive Australian beaches close by from Stockton Beach in the north, famous for the huge sand dunes and fishing to Terrigal beach in the south, with its café style foreshore and many beaches in between. Catherine Hill Bay is a local scuba diving location.
The closest beach is a 20 minutes drive.
Situated only one hour drive north of largest city in Australia - Sydney. It is an easy day trip.
We are close to the train line so you can sit back a take in the scenery on the train trip to Sydney through the Hawkesbury River area.
For those who want to dolphin or whale watch the Port Stephens and Nelson Bay area is about 1 hour away.
You can use this as a base and fly from Newcastle airport (40 minutes away) to destinations around Australia.
