About our home

This huge 180sq/m property is the epitome of warehouse living. It is one of many within an early 1900's cotton mill right on the Melbourne Docklands and 5 minutes from the downtown area. The local neighbours are graphic designers, professional artists, video producers, photographers and musicians. This warehouse comes with a good sized bathroom, large open space kitchen, kitchen benchtops, a queen sized bed (extra bed can be included for more than two people), polished concrete, heating and space space space. It's great for a couple, a group of friends or even a family. It has fantastic acoustics perfect for a musician. There is a large 42 inch plasma tv, stereo system and even a table tennis table.

Melbourne is Australia's 'sporting capital', home of major sporting events such as the Grand Prix, The Australian Open, FINA World Swimming Championships and is the birthplace of AFL Football. The warehouse is walking distance to one of Australia's biggest sporting stadiums 'the Telstra Dome' where AFL football is played every weekend. Melbourne is for lovers of art, culture, fine food and excellent coffee. A two hour drive and you are at famous 'Bells Beach' home to Ripcurl, Quicksilver and major surfing events. A 1.5 hour cheap plane ride and you're in the tropical north of Queensland sunbaking and snorkling on the great barrier reef.

We fly up to NY once a year. I'll be playing basketball at the West 4th st competition this time around. My partner is a video producer and actor who'll be looking for an agent in NY.
