Quiet, leafy suburb, minutes from surf beach, trendy Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Wide open spaces, perfect for a coastal city where the outdoor can be enjoyed all year round.

We have a huge yard with a large covered deck area equipped with a dining table, BBQ and a spa. There is also a swingset for the kids.

We have live opposite a fresh water lake which we swim in and are just minutes from excellent surfing beaches. We have a wide range of exercise and outdoor equipment, including bikes, surfboards, golf clubs, gym equipment, and treadmill. We also have cable TV with Australian and French (LBF) stations.

The Gold Coast is renowned for its surfing beaches with waves all year round, lots of sunshine and a mild temperate to tropical climate. This promotes a healthy, outdoor lifestyle. There are many walking and bike tracks along the coast or in the Gold Coast Hinterland, within an hour’s reach for world-class hikes and stunning views. There are golf courses all over the Coast. It is often called the "Golf Coast".

The local supermarket is walking distance and the neighbouring suburb Broadbeach is the region's premier venue for bars and restaurants. The theme parks, such as Dream World, Movie World and Sea World are twenty minutes’ drive away. Stunning Byron bay is 40m away. The A car is available for exchange or the street is on a bus route.
