About our home

We are a small family. Our 100 year old timber cottage has wooden floors and fresh white decor. It has modern touches and comforts inc. air conditioning. Located an easy walk to centre of Murwillumbah, a riverside town of 10,000 residents. Art deco history, cinema, galleries, markets, dining. Tweed Coast beaches are very uncrowded and clean, 20mins drive away. Our region, Far North NSW, is a 'hippie/arty' area. Byron Bay is 35mins drive south. Lots of music and arts festivals, organic food, yoga etc. Gold Coast International Airport, beaches, nightlife 30mins drive north. Brisbane is 1hr:35mins drive north. Home has self contained garden studio underneath the main house. Leafy gardens, paved terrace and jacuzzi. Non-smoking home. Cleaner can be provided. Kids welcome. Camping gear, kayak, bikes. Auto exchange offered for those flying here. Our home and town has a relaxed vibe, with rainforest, beaches, food and culture.
