About our home

Our near new designer home is in the blue water paradise of Nelson Bay. It is a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach or you can take a 20 minute stroll to the village via the scenic path along the water. There are lots of dining options and the Baroque Coffee House is especially recommended for an alfresco cuppa - as is the balcony of the local golf club where at twilight a hundred kangaroos graze on the greens below. Beautiful water views can be enjoyed from our top or bottom decks - or from the lounge or dining areas. Our home has two living areas with televisions, two queen size bedrooms, two studies, two bathrooms and a double garage. Enjoy the serenity of the garden as you watch the craft on the bay. My husband and I swim, kayak and paddle board at every opportunity. Whale watching or swimming with dolphin tours are readily available. A quick 20 minute flight from Sydney, (or a 2 and a half hour drive), our local airport is a 30 minute drive from our home and transport links to other parts of the region are also available. An easy day trip from our home are the famous Hunter Valley vineyards in the Pokolbin area, the cultural sites of the city of Newcastle or the mountains of Barrington Tops.
