About our home

Our architect-designed home was built two years ago. It makes the most of the all-year round warm Australian climate and views of the harbour. Downstairs is an open plan entertaining space which flows to a large outdoor deck with barbeque and heated spa and pool. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, plus study and downstair has an extra double bedroom and bathroom. It has wide oak floorboards, top end kitchen and generous glassed areas that allow the indoor-outdoor lifestyle we enjoy. We designed our home for entertaining and to accommodate our boisterous boys. So it is open plan, robust and chic.
The luxurious master suite accommodation incorporates main bedroom (King bed), Dressing Room, and Ensuite with full bath and study.
There are three other bedrooms, one queen and the other singles
Downstairs there is another bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom.

Other features include laundry, powder room, BBQ, retractable awning, Sonos multizone music system, zoned R/C air conditioning, and remote/double garage with internal access.

The neighbourhood of Northbridge is leafy and super-convenient. There are a raft of outdoor activities within 5 minutes walk, including golf, tennis, harbour baths and astroturf playing fields. There are local shops and cafes nearby. The city is a 10 minute drive across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and surf beaches are in easy reach.
We are heading to Europe for the 2nd week in July 2012 and ideally would like to find something for a week. We will be away for three weeks so you'd be welcome to stay that long!
We are also planning to head to Europe in Jan 2013 for 3 months and would love to find something near the snow anywhere in Europe.
