About our home

Traditional Queensland cottage, recently renovated 3 double bedrooms and guest room with fold out bed situated in the trendy inner-city Brisbane suburb of Paddington. Enjoy the beautiful Queensland weather on the large outdoor entertaining deck with 6 burner BBQ, 8 seater dining table and chairs and lounge furniture. Stylish kitchen with dishwasher, open plan lounge and dining room with plasma TV, pay TV and sound system. Airconditioned living area and bedrooms. Double lock up garage with car available. Cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinema and vintage shopping within a few hundred metres.

Our home is located in the trendy inner-city Brisbane suburb of Paddington. Within walking distance to a great range of bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. Bus stop two doors down the street can take you to the city and Roma Street railway station for easy access to Gold Coast theme parks. 5 minute easy walk to Suncorp Stadium home to Rugby Union, Rugby League and A League Football and the icon Caxton Street. Ten minute easy walk to supermarket and cinema complex and 20 minute easy walk to the heart of Brisbane city and Southbank Parkland.

My husband (a Kiwi) and I have two teenage children, both studying at University. We are both professionals, my husband working in the timber industry and myself with the state Education department. As my husband's family lives in New Zealand we are keen to exchange over the summer holidays January 2016.
