About our home

Centraly located in Sydney's inner city (east), this compact terrace is in quiet enclave behind busy shopping and dining streets. Little terrace houses surrounding a pretty communal park with no immediate car access. This house would suit a couple or single traveller. It is in a comfortable community of all ages - school children to retirees - a mix of owner occupies and renters, The area has bookshops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, 2 art colleges, and fashion shops within 5 min walks. There are the great Paddington Markets for a unique shopping experience. Small art galleries, speciality shops, designer shops, and sporting facilities are in close vicinity. Bordering the
suburbs of Paddington, Darlinghurst and Surry Hills it is an easy walk to the CBD for more shopping or business. It is close to the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney Football Stadium and Fox Studios as well as on the bus route to Bondi Beach . In other words it's central to universities, entertainment, sport and commerce in a neighbourhood of unique character and proximity. A car is not needed but car share is available.

I am open to non simultaneous swaps or points.

Would like to spend a week in a village in central to south England sometime in January or February 2015.
