Our beautiful, light filled home was built 10 years ago. Downstairs there is open plan and spacious living, with both front and back opening on to courtyards.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and 2 of which open onto a covered terrace.
Paddington is a charming neighbourhood, dominated by Victorian Terraces, originally built for the working classes over a hundred years ago but now gentrified.
There is a market held every Saturday in the grounds of the local school, one minute from the house and a Farmers Market twice a week, ten minutes away.
Bondi Junction nearby is excellent for shopping, while Oxford St, one minute away is great for fashion with one or two food shops, numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The famous Bondi Beach is fifteen minutes by car with numerous others just a little further. Centennial Park, great for walking, cycling, horse riding or lazing on the grass enjoying a picnic, is just a stone's throw from the house.
