About our home

A fabulous beach house completed late 2009. The house sits high on a dune with unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. The beach is just a few seconds walk away. Peppermint Grove Beach is a quiet residential area with the local town of Capel 10 minute drive away. The larger towns of Bunbury (with the Dolphin Discovery Centre) and Busselton (jetty and underwater observatory) are only 20 mins away by car. The Margaret River wine area is within a 45 minute drive. There are caves to explore, mazes and lots of wildlife parks. We have Wifi available, 2 large TVs, DVD player etc as well as Wii and a table tennis table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large BBQ area outside with seating for 12. The deck will also seat 12 for a few drinks watching the sunset before dinner.
