About our home

Inspired modernist design with state of the art appointments and garden have created a superbly sophisticated inner urban family home. Substantial four bedroom, three bathroom, open plan living accommodation with a family friendly garden featuring al fresco entertaining. Gourmet kitchen featuring Miele appliances. Also features Sonos wireless sound system, Foxtel (pay TV) security, remote garage and keyless entry.

Walking distance to Bridge Road and Swan Street, Richmond for retail therapy, restaurants, cafe's and pubs. Five minute walk to Melbourne's world famous trams which can take you into the city in 10 minutes or sporting arena's hosting football, soccer, rugby, cricket, tennis and concerts.

Nearby Victoria Street, or Little Saigon, is the heart of Melbourne's Vietnamese community. There is a long stretch of eateries, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers and grocers. Victoria Street is about the hustle and bustle of fast, fresh and Asian food at a bargain price.

Bars and live music also thrive in Richmond, the Corner Hotel being one of Melbourne's most famous live-music venues, hosting big-name bands alongside obscure newcomers.

Walk or ride to access the Yarra River bike track and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Easy access to Monash freeway to visit many of Melbourne's attractions. An easy hour's drive to Victoria's premium wine region - the Yarra Valley.

Courtesy of the gold rush and the 1880s land boom, much of inner Melbourne has a distinctly Victorian architectural character. The stock of boomtime buildings was further enhanced in the 1920s and 1930s, by many elegant pre-war buildings. More recently, the architectural fabric of the city has been enhanced through the postmodern architecture movement.
