About our home

.The house is located in a gated estate within Horizons Golf Resort. The resort has two swimming pools (one heated) 2 spas, sauna, volley ball court, tennis court, driving range, putting green and 18 hole championship golf course. There is also a clubhouse with cafe and restaurant. As the golf course is surrounded by Australian bush, kangaroos, koalas, kookaburras, king parrots and wildlife are often seen on the course and in our garden.
Each of the 4 bedroom has a bathroom and the master also has a spa bath and dressing room. There is reverse cycle aircon, underfloor heating and ceiling fans. There is a formal lounge and a large open plan family room with gas fireplace and TV. There is a separate dining hall, kitchen (Miele appliances) with breakfast bar. The laundry is fully equipped. In the garden overlooking the 7th fairway is a large commercial Teppanyaki BBQ/Wok burner with granite bench top - ideal for outdoor dining.
Also incuded is a club Car Golf Cart.
Port Stephens is 2 hours north of Sydney, there also flights to Newcastle which is 35 mins. by car.
