About our home

This beautifully appointed home looks out onto the broad expanses of the Derwent river with the Royal yacht club of Tasmania just a stone's throw away. The home is located a short stroll to the shops of Sandy Bay, trendy restaurants, cafes, Sandy Bay beach and the famous Salamanca markets. Bush walking or mountain bike riding at Mount Wellington is very close or choose to kayak literally from the home's door step on the Derwent river.
