About our home

Our architecturally designed executive style home is four years old, situated in Seven Hills just south of the city. It is approximately 350 square meters on three separate living levels. It is very private and it overlooks a small nature park and the leafy suburbs of Brisbane. It has two very large decks (patios) that are excellent for relaxing or entertainment. It has an easy to maintain heated pool and a separate large spa (Jacuzzi) for the cooler winter months. There is additional sleeping capacity if the party is larger than 6. It has a garage for two cars and is approximately 3km from the city with public transport nearby. It has a very small garden that does not need any maintenance or watering.

Buzzy restaurants: Only 100 meters to an highly awarded Thai Restaurant.
Cool bars: Only 2km to Oxford Street, Bulimba with a large number of excellent eateries.
Cozy cafés: A number of cafees in the neighbourhood - a small one within 75m.
Bit of culture: About 1.5km (use the small ferry across the river ) to the Brisbane Powerhouse - one of Brisbane's cultural precinct.
Walks in the park: The house is adjacent to Seven Hills heritage footpath which meanders around the suburb and some of the nearby nature parks.
Spot of exercise: Walk the Seven Hills Heritage footpath.
Day tripping: Plenty of excellent day trips from Brisbane (e.g. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay)
