About our home

Sit on the balcony of this near new apartment and soak up the sun while looking out onto the vibrant Chapel St. Only a 10 minute train ride into the Melbourne CBD this spacious, open plan apartment contains beuatiful furniture, a huge bathroom and secure parking for 1 car. The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and built in mirrored robes. The kitchen includes a a built in fridge & dishwasher and a large granite island bench with breakfast bar.

The heart of the trendy South Yarra-Prahran area, Chapel Street is packed with pubs, bars, notable restaurants, and upscale fashion boutiques—more than 1,000 shops can be found within the precinct. Australian designers showcase their original designs at the fashion-conscious, upscale Toorak Road end of the street (nearest to the city). Walk south along Chapel Street to Greville Street and visit a small lane of hip bars, clothing boutiques, and record stores. Past Greville Street, at the south end of Chapel Street, it's grungier, with pawnshops and kitschy collectibles stores.

Move away from the hustle and bussle of Chapel St with a run/walk around the botanical gardens or take a drive to the world famous Yarra Valley wine region.

Take a short walk to the train station and catch a train in to the Melbourne CBD and explore the historic churches or have something to eat or drink in one of the many famous laneway bars or restaurants
