About our home

Its my dream art deco apartment in the best location in Melbourne. I wanted to be in a quiet apartment with style and character, but with transport at the door, close to the beach and restaurants and entertainment. And that's what I have here.
There are trams and taxis at the doorstep to take you to the centre of Melbourne only minutes away, famous restaurants next door, across the road and every where around me. The famous St Kilda beach is 200 yards away art the end of the street, the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit is 200 yards the other way.
Friends walk through the classic wrought iron gates, the classic tiled entrance foyer to the courtyard filled with water feature and palms that reach my balcony 2 stories up. They always compare it to the apartments in the TV show Melrose place.
Built in the 1920s the original features have been tastefully enhanced with tasteful details. I've renovated the apartment in relaxing antique white, replaced the appliances and bathroom.
On entering you immediately feel at ease and comfortable, turn and walk through the French doors to the cute wrought iron balcony, relax and read, eat, refresh in the sun looking down amongst the palm trees...chill!
The kitchen appliances have hardly been used, why would they be?! Surrounded by some of Melbourne's famous eateries and venues, why bother cooking when every flavour is at your door step!
St Kilda is the artistic centre of Melbourne, located just along the tree lined St Kilda road from the centre of Melbourne, everything is close by to be enjoyed, or simply walk the parks and beach at either end of Fitzroy Street.
