About our home

CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS.

This two level terrace house has just been completely renovated. The open plan ground floor incorporates a living room which opens onto a courtyard (with bi-fold doors), spacious galley kitchen, with dishwasher, and dining room. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer discreetly housed in the courtyard.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (with built ins), both with queen sized beds, to sleep up to 4 people, and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Surry Hills offers an embodiment of cultural diversity. An eclectic mix of art, design, fashion and food. Unique vintage finds and hidden alleyway haunts combine with boutique stores, Sydney’s best cafes (St Jude, Suzie Q, Cowbell 808, Bills, Four Ate Five) restaurants (Red Lantern, Marque, Nomad), small bars and theatre.
Minutes from Crown Street, Surry Hills Markets - Sydney’s best monthly markets, Australia’s best dessert - Gelato Messina, Bourke Street Bakery, The Beresford with its classic beer garden and Surry Hills Library.
Less than 15 minutes’ walk brings you to Belvoir Theatre, Central Station Sydney, Sydney Football Stadium and Cricket ground. In 20 minutes you will be at Centennial Park, Entertainment Quarter home to pubs, and cinemas; Hyde Park, the Australian Museum and St Mary’s Cathedral.
