The cottage has chic furnishings, an original kitchen with a gorgeous sleepout at the rear of the house. The house has 3 bathrooms, one just newly renovated, and has Austar in living and bedroom. Two outdoor entertaining areas provide great alfresco opportunities, one with a moroccan feel. The house has its own jetty and boathouse set on one of the most picturesque rivers in new south wales. Located only a few minutes walk to restaurants, club, cinema and local shops. Wildlife abounds with kangaroos, pelicans, parikeets and swans all sharing this beautiful, tranquil area.
