About our home

Our beautiful contemporary family home was built a year ago and every day we feel like we are in a resort. Large rooms with plenty of glass make for relaxed family living and a sense of space and light. We have 2 boys aged 10 and 12 and they love the house and garden and all the space they have (often shared with half the neighbourhood).
We live in a lovely friendly suburb with lots of families with children of all ages. We are in an enviable position very close to beautiful beaches, ovals and parks, shops, cafes and restaurants in Perths's western suburbs. We are also a short walk to the railway station for easy train access to Perth City and Fremantle.
The rooms can be configured as 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms depending upon needs. The separate guest room/pavilion with bathroom and kitchenette next to the tennis court and pool currently houses table tennis table and gym equipment.
The large covered deck overlooks the backyard and with built-in BBQ and pizza oven provides for plenty of casual family eating and relaxing.
All the modern gizmos and technology make for easy living - even the pool cleans itself!
