Our 10 year old architect designed home is light & airy,with award winning kitchen & has been built into the half acre of landscaped gardens which overlook the 1st & 9th fairways of Tallwoods Golf Course .It is a private oasis to be enjoyed even if you are not a golfer! The main living areas are all on one level & you can sit on one of our 4 decks BBQing or sipping a coffee or Chardonay and enjoy the stunning sunsets or watch the exotic birds, wallabies or ducks which wander around freely.We have 3 queen sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and deck access,.The master bedroom has a bathroom sized en-suite with spa bath & there is a seperate bathroom & cloakroom for the guest bedrooms.The living areas are air-conditioned with a large 42" flat sceen TV with cable plus wireless internet and a second TV in the bedroom.
In one of the most beautiful parts of New South Wales with a great temperate climate it is only 3 hours drive by expressway north of Sydney.or can be easily reached by air or train.
Pristine Blackhead,Diamond & 9 Mile beaches are nearby providing quiet surfing ,swimming,beachwalks with our dog & local supermarket shopping...Blackhead is ideal for kids & has a lovely ocean pool & cafe opposite.
Retail therapy , great restaurants, whale & dolphin watching ,sailing & bush walking are all available locally or at Forster (on Wallis Lake) Taree ( which has airport & train facilities)both within 20 minotes drive.The Bunker Restaurant is only a short stroll away on the estate for a drink or for a lovely candlelit dinner..
We have a 3 year old Llasa Apso called Beau who rules our home with style & flair.However the key to his affectionate heart is to be fed regularly,groomed,played with & of course walked on Blackhead Beach in the morning( where he knows everyone) or taken round the golf course in the afternoon.He is also a great traveller & enjoys sleeping on the back seat of the car.
A car & 2 sets of golf clubs & buggies can be made available to swappers and electric carts are available for hire.Temporary memberships are available so you can golf 8 days a week whilst your partner hits the shops !!!
We can arrange to collect you from Taree,Port Macquarie or Williamstown airports or the train station.
Ideal exchange time May 2012 but other periods will be considered.
