Our home is a gorgeous 2 story spacious 'Queenslander' tropical paradise, with swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 studies, 2 lounge rooms,newly renovated kitchen. Sit on the swing seat on the top deck and take in the breezes and the view. 10min to University of Queensland St Lucia campus, 15 to Brisbane city. Buses and trains close by. Car available too. Large, lazy ginger cat comes with home. Mandatory fortnightly cleaning lady.
Brisbane is the fastest growing capital city in Australia. Its tropical weather and casual feel is complemented by a thriving art, music and performing arts scene, often in outdoor venues. Our street and the university campus are a blaze of purple colour from the jacaranda and flame trees. We shop at the local farmers' market, we walk daily beside the river in the evening, or meander up the road to a variety of restaurants. Sometimes we bushwalk in nearby Mt Cootha lookout. You will love a stint in our home in Brisbane.
