About our home

Our apartment is right in the middle of Sydney CBD. Actually located in the Rocks, we live in a prestigious area ten minutes walk to the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. We have expansive views of Darling Harbour, and Balmain and parts of the North Shore. Our apartment is very comfortable and has been recently renovated to a very high standard.

This is a luxury apartment in one of the best apartment buildings in Sydney, located ten minutes walk from the historic Rocks area on Sydney Harbour and five minutes from Wynyard, the main train station in the central business district. We are on the 14th floor with 180-degree of Darling Harbour; the cruise ships from the Pacific islands tie up on the dock below us. Darling Harbour is undergoing changes at the moment. Originally a working harbour, the area directly below us was used for cargo ships and shipping containers. The docks were closed a number of years ago and since then the land has lain unused. It is now undergoing development (see http://www.barangaroo.com/about.cfm for web link below for a history of the area) it is a long process that will not be completed until about 2020 - however, from time to time there may be work going on down below. We are high enough for it not to bother us and it is also quite interesting to watch. It does not detract from the spectacular harbour views in any way. We There are lots of entertainment options in the immediate area - the Opera House, theatres, restaurants and historic pubs. Our apartment block has a friendly atmosphere, and is know as the
