About our home

l am a 63 woman who travels a lot mainly to France, my house is made of mud brick and is a french style cottage it is on 10 acres in the Yarra Valley wine growing area, lots of wineries, lots of antique shops, beautiful hills(the dandenongs) Melbourne city is only 1 hour on the train..lots of art galleries, lovely Yarra river, sporting events.Australian rules football.world famous gold courses, wonderful panoramic drives around two peninsulas
world famous restaurants, large shopping centres only 10 mins from the property..Quiet and magic views. l have one cat (fuzzle) there is another larger house on the property and they have two dogs who will lick you to death. great tennis court.l actually own a French country cafe about five minutes from home. It is on 6 acrea on historical value..1860's home , museaum, working blacksmith .This property was settled with people from the Guernsey Islands and is now open to the public so my little cafe is very popular.

My property is very peaceful and quiet, we have designated bike track, river fishing ,train is only five minute away , yes you can catch a local bus .l am offering my car so you can drive all over this region which is a big tourism area in many ways, you can drive to the top of our little mountains and eat at the SkyeHigh restaurant which looks akll the way to Melbourne..lots of reservours, picnic areas. We have a little village with about twenty shops if you dont like shopping at the big supermarkets. In the winter JUNE JULY AUGUST the rain on the tin roof and the fire place full of wood is the most peaceful experience.
